I purchased a label but can't see a link to print it, what do I do?

  1. Go to the Orders tab

  2. Look for the row of the Order

  3. Find the Print Icon to print the label

  4. If a print icon does not exist, click on the row

  5. Try to purchase the label again

  6. Contact support if a charge has occurred but a shipping label is not generated.
