If you are a new customer, your pickup request may take up to 48 hours to occur the first time. Once you are in the system, please make all pickup requests before 5pm the previous business day.

Note: Pickups can occur between 9am-6pm

The time of the first pickup will serve as a guide for future pickups.

Monday through Friday, the same routes are run by the same drivers. For every subsequent pickup, the driver will arrive around the same time.

In most cases, the driver won't call before showing up, so please make sure you're at the address you provided.
