Getting a Refund for a Shipping Label
If you've purchased a shipping label and need to request a refund, you must act fast! Refunds are only possible if the request is made before midnight of the same day that the purchase was made. After midnight, you must contact a member of our team using the blue chat box at the bottom right of your screen.
Ready to Request a Refund?
Now that you understand the timeframe in which you can request a refund, please take the following steps to have your shipping label refunded:
Go to the Orders section
Click on the Order you want refunded
Click More Actions at the top right
Click Request Refund
